Week 1
Well, I can now see why they suggest that you weigh yourself only once per week. You normally go through fluctuations and weighing yourself more often can be discouraging. I wasn't sure I was actually losing weight...but, at the end of the first week, I have lost 1.7 pounds! I weighed myself at approximately 6:30 pm today (I was asleep at five) and I weighed in at 258.1! Woo Hoo.
